James R. Steltzer - Management Consulting Expert
ICA was founded by James R. Steltzer, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He is a member of the certifying body for the management consulting profession: the national  Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) as well as the National Capital Region IMC Chapter (IMC-DC). Steltzer is also a member of the  Information Systems Audit and Control Association. He has more than 20 years experience in professional management consulting.
